Who publishes this site and where its figures come from

The publisher, what the site measures, where its figures come from and its one affiliate link.

Publisher and subject

Buy Naija Shares is published by an independent editorial desk. It is not a broker, an exchange or a licensed adviser, and it holds no reader's money. Its subject is what a buyer needs to know before the first purchase of a share on the Nigerian Exchange, with eight companies' closes as worked examples.

Where the numbers come from

The figures are read from NGX equities board and TradingView screener on 6 November 2026 and stored; none is typed by hand. The method page says how each is worked out and what is checked before a record is written. What a source does not carry is left out: no invented yields, no estimates, no sector labels we cannot trust.

The affiliate link

The site carries one affiliate link, to the broker FxPro, and may earn a commission if a reader opens an account through it, at no extra cost to the reader. A FxPro account is a contract-for-difference account, not a way to buy shares on the exchange this site covers.
